Bagels are Reallllly Salty...


Never had a plain bagel until today... I've always thought it was the 1cm thick of cream cheese I put on that makes it salty..

Deceptive......  The bagel itself is already Super Salty...

Bagels aren't salty. Where the hell are you getting your bagels? Also interesting thing with cream cheese, is it's the fat free that has a significant amount more sodium than the regular.

the bagels I buy are somewhat salty. Or if you get the cheddar-cheese-embedded option, yeah they're way salty before you put anything on it because apparently cheese = salt.

Demik is right, jalepeno FTW (also a salt filled choice)
