Just the keycaps, but under $10!
PBT, too. According to another thread, they're doubleshot, but I'm not sure if Cherry did DS PBT.

Plus with MY PBT you always run a high risk of getting stabilized keycap that have the weird inbuilt wire clips which are totally unusable on Cherry stabilizers.

If you have any evidence to back this up, please present. Evidence is more than "it's sold from China".
