Hopefully Diatec will include these in their product range:

haha I saw that too! That would be hot in the Zero models.
-
Not being able to read that... I can't read that.
Was this a mod, or did they come like that?
-
They are for evaluation. I don't know how they obtained them from Diatec.
-
It looks like you could get them from B18. The tenkeyless (http://www.b18.com.tw/product_info.php?products_id=697) is sold out, I think the 104 key has black/linear Cherry MX:

Inpad have them too, with brown MX:

I don't know if Diatec will respond to English emails asking them about some random picture on the Internet, but I guess I'll find out.
-
Diatec didn't reply to me when I emailed them in English. I don't think they accept international orders anymore. I have asked Abidko for a quote.

Well, I wasn't specifically asking to order something, I was just asking if the product existed.
Keep us posted. I've been contemplating ways to remove the lettering from the Filco once I decide on a keyswitch. It would be ideal if I didn't have to.

I just received a quote from Michael at Abidko. I'm not allowed to post the details but I can say that it is a little less than what Crescent-Shop quoted me for a Filco Tenkeyless with brown MX, which is really reasonable. I think I'm going to get one. I'm getting sick of the Compaq layout. The only thing I like about it is the compressed arrow keys and PBT keycaps.

So are these something that is going to be generally available from Diatec, or is it just from that one reseller? I can't read any of these pages, so I don't know how all these parties are related...
I'm going to be getting my M10 tomorrow, and I have a feeling I'm going to love the blues. So I'm hoping that a blank blue one is in the cards somewhere.

Abidko is a buying service. B18 and Incap are computer equipment shops in Taiwan.
Filco keyboards are made in Taiwan. I don't know if these blank keycap models are official Diatec products. They have the Filco badge and sticker on the back but do not have the same retail box.
I can't make up my mind whether to get the full size or tenkeyless model.
-
Just dye the keys. :)
BTW, I got some more Rit dye. Tonight I will see if I can turn one of my AT101W's into a Das wanna be.
-
I think the Filco keycaps have a UV coating on them. I don't know how that might interact with the dyeing process.

I thought the dye did not affect the lettering?

I did, in fact, get a response:
Hello.
Thank you for your mail to filco@diatec.co.jp.
This blank keyboard is sold only in Taiwan and China and quantity is very small for limited edition.
