Title: Awesome customer service from MechanicalKeyboards.com
Post by: minimal on Sun, 27 October 2013, 16:34:44
Figured this was worth making a post about (I know I don't post much  :-[ ).
So, I got one of the Ducky Shine III's recently from MechanicalKeyboards.com (MX Brown, Magenta LEDs) and when it came in one of the LEDs was dull. Dull enough that I couldn't really tell the LED was lit if the keycap was on (number 2 on the ten-key for those curious).

Sent an email in to them, asked what the process was and got back a note that I'd be receiving a shipping label to print and I'd get a new keyboard as soon as the old one shipped.

I packed it all back up and sent it back, but I didn't get a shipping label on the new incoming keyboard after I had a delivery receipt for the return. E-mailed them again, got an apology that it hadn't shipped, a tracking number the next day and got my new keyboard shortly after.

Loving the keyboard and that was a great customer service experience. :)

I felt uncomfortable making a new thread in their sub-forum when I wasn't actually asking them a question or anything.

Doesn't matter - it is feedback which most companies value.

We see too many complaints around here - it is nice to hear when people have a positive experience.

Thanks for posting :)
