Title: Any Photoshop/Gimp users here?

Hello. I was wondering if any Photoshop or Gimp users could touch up a photo of mine.

The lighting was good when I took it, however the phone camera doesn't take the greatest shots. Resolution is 3715x2089.
So if anyone wants to help out, I would love to have this as my wallpaper! Thanks

Well my main concern is the "fuzz" caused by the phone camera quality. If you zoom in, you can see what I"m taking about. Also maybe some color correction. I would do it myself but I'm afraid I don't remember much from the Photoshop classes I took and I don't have Photoshop on this computer. Excuses, excuses, I know but I figured someone here could help me out.

What tools did you use?

You could use Despeckle with a heavy setting, but then you would lose the highlights. Maybe copy the image to a higher layer that only adds the highlights.
