Doesn't ship to US, but even with shipping at a couple of euros still seems like a decent price.

They appear to be IBM Generation 1 or 2 transparent keycap tops. Generation 3 or 4 will fit better, but these are not yellowed, as many gen 1 keycaps are.

Yes, for $2.75 a key if they're even in stock. 

Fentek sells them too, $17.50 for 10 and I think that's only the cap and not the base/stem.
