Really looking for some thick pbt black/blue/red on white dyesub keycaps and not sure where to find them.

Are you talking about the key cap sets from this group buy (http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=43328.0)? If so, then those are made by IMSTO. He as an online store at http://aikb.taobao.com/ (http://aikb.taobao.com/) that may have some sets as well. Also, Feng sells a few sets on eBay as well.
