Very important to note. There's a lot of refurb stuff out there that I've purchased, enjoyed, and been satisfied with, but I personally would never purchase refurbished storage media unless the manufacturer was willing to leave the full warranty on it.

yea, for storage you want full reliability. This isn't a good deal unless you are in the know eg the stuff was customer returns rather than from a discounted flawed batch
