Hi, looking to get one of these. The Xornet is 20 euros, Steelseries is 27 euros.
Any input would be much appreciated.

I would say the Xornet is the superior one here, the shape is absolutely amazing, and while the internals aren't as good as the Spawn, they're still decent.
-
Besides the shape how else is the xornet superior to the ss.

Xornet is plug and play, no drivers needed, last time I checked SS used some horrible driver for their lower end mice. They've also been known to use ****ty sensors, at least in the early Kinzu models. I'm not sure what they put in the blops2 one, but even if the sensor is as good as the Xornet one, there is no reason to pay extra for it when the Xornet is cheaper.
Basically; the Xornet is good, it's a safe bet. The SS mouse costs more and will at best be equal to the Xornet, not worth it at all unless you really want that shape, in which case this thread would be pointless.

Thanks vun.

I love my Xornet, since it is small, I carry it in my laptop bag and it is honestly an incredible carry mouse.

Their shapes are different. I don't think I have experience with SS mouses (uh, that sounds weird); xornet is amazing though.

I can honestly say the Xornet/Spawn is probably the best designed mouse I've ever held in terms of shape. It just works perfectly for palm, fingertip, or claw grips and is perfect if, like me, you like to do a hybrid of the palm and fingertip grip.
