WASD has a sampler kit which I bought. The downside is that the switches don't come mounted to anything. They are just "loose" switches with keycaps. They definitely get the job done though. I made a pseudo-case for them out of cardboard.

Cooler master just released a sampler kit but are in very limited quantities right now.  From their last post here, they should have some more before Dec 1st so you'll have to keep an eye out.

Can't speak on the one you mentioned though.

I ordered the QWER Switch Testing Kit cant wait to get it!
I have an idea or has it been done?

Can anyone make a Topre testing kit? The different weights and then maybe some dental bands on them for silenced options?

To make it short, Topre switches are not modular, so it's hard to do a switch tester. For doing one the easiest way would probably be cutting down a Topre board.

There was a topre tester at deskthority, that's the only one I've seen.

I'm putting together a tester with all the common switches, all the common springs you can buy, and will also be including some less common switches like a linear grey and white(s).  I'm just waiting for some more stuff to come in for it and waiting to see if I'll have to buy some switches and springs for it.  Once it's together, I plan on touring it.

It's nice that the Cooler Master tester ($15) purchase gives you a $15 credit towards one of their boards.  Too bad that it doesn't come with the o-rings as does the WASD keys set.

Question 1 - I have a bunch of plumbing o-rings (all sizes). Is it likely that the right size will be as functional as "official" damping o-rings?

Question 2 - does ANYBODY sell a numeric keypad that is also a key tester?  That way I (or anyone else) can go with a TKL board and have their tester usable for something else after their key choice has been made.

how the hell is the qwerkey tester winning in the pools....?

I would have thought the linus video would have pushed the cm storm tester into the stratosphere.
