I use these and can say they help alot with eye strain I was getting, and prevented headaches I used to get.

usually the people who say they do nothing are the people that don't have he problem that it is helps with in the first place. Some eye strain is different than others, for example many people have really dry eyes or have sinus pressure (that believe it or not can have an effect on eyesight). For that i suggest some Pseudoephedrine (the good ****) and Visine :) Sometimes the computer isn't to blame.

I just found mine after somehow losing them and going without them for a couple months :)

I have flux on the PC and that works good too when its not bugging out my games. the combination of flux and gunnar may be a winning combination.
