Nice deal.  And a hell of a deal if you're looking for a heatsink.  You can grab the Thermaltake Water 2.0 Extreme (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835106190) for $44 with that code and MIR.  For that price, you could easily afford to add some awesome quiet fans like the Noctua NF-F12, BeQuiet Silent Wings 2, Noiseblockers, or even Scythe Gentle Typhoons.
