Hello,
I am looking for blank R1 1 x 1.5 keys for the modifiers on my new KMAC 2 with Cherry switches. I tried moving the tab key from a ducky shine, but of course it isn't the right hight. I also looked at keycaps direct, and while the do have the 1 x 1.5 for R1 (which for some reason they call R4), I read that they make all of their keys shorter?
The reason that I am looking for such a specific size, is because I want to get them custom printed by WASDkeyboards. When I forwarded http://www.keycapsdirect.com/pdfs/DCSFamily.pdf (http://www.keycapsdirect.com/pdfs/DCSFamily.pdf) to them he said, "These keys are going to be shorter than our keys. The face of the key is also slightly different so printing on these isn’t going to work as we would need to adjust templates as well." WASD uses, "“OEM” profile keys same as Filco, Ducky, Das, CM, etc."
So far, I have order the zinc MKC 33 keycap set and an esc key. Does anyone know where I can find blank R1 modifier keys for KMAC 2 in the correct size and profile so WASD can print them? Any good deals for any of the other blank keys would be good as well, since I am thinking about creating a winning mahjong hand with the function keys… although they are just normal size so I should be able to find those on my own… hopefully.

Oh, its okay. They do, but its not the right size. I had said in OP that I emailed them the pdf and they said they wouldn't fit, I have been talking to them about getting them to print on the tiles so they would have suggested to just buy from them if they did carry.
I notice your name terran, is there many SC2 players in this community? I'm toss :).

Nah i thought of the name myself. Never played starcraft before. Only after i joined the fourm i found out it was a starcraft reference

Yeah, it does predate the game. I'm pretty sure it's used in other science fiction series to reference humans, since terra is Earth… Latin I think. Anyway, anyone else have any idea on where to get these keys?
