The key depresses halfway and stays there. Any thing i can do to fix this problem? Its not happening to the other stabalized keys.

I think, either your switch is messed up (what switch type are you using), or your stabilizers are pinched/gathered together. Try stretching out the stabilizers so the top opening isn't leaning inwards.

Or the stems under the key are not 100% straight - this is occasionally an issue with Cherry stabs as there is little to no room for misalignment.
Can you try a different Enter key on this board?
Can you try the sticky Enter on a different keyboard (if possible one with Cherry and one with Costar stabilisers)?

Its an issue with the stabalizer. Ive tried another enter key i had and it also got stuck

Fixed the problem
The key is about 3/4 the way inside the switch. After that no more problems
