Title: Google the strange
Post by: yester64 on Thu, 28 November 2013, 13:05:01
Hi,
i have one pc which is used by two people and each has its own account in windows.
What i noticed is, that if i use my Google Nexus 4 and check Google Now i get results from my wife as mine. This is strange.
Does Google go by the ip to present results? And if so how can i change this to get just really my personal results.

So... what are you worried about... something ur wife might find out? some sort of unpublicized fetish fantasy? involving rope? leather-rope? wax?

I'm assuming you're using one chrome account between the two of you?

I don't use chrome. But i do use google mail. And no, its not like that. Its just annoying to see results for something i don't look.

I use Firefox on the pc and I get the same thing with Google Now on my Droid Razr M. The only thing I can think of is that it's something related to the Google account.
