Title: KBT Race - Metal Case
Post by: taylordcraig on Tue, 03 December 2013, 03:04:44
Looking for a silver/black/(maybe other colors) metal case; similar to the original only prettier.
 I tried a search on the forums for past group buys to try and get an estimate of a time frame but came up empty.
Was something recent I missed?

Considering a Pure Pro though, not sure if I'll miss my F keys;
as an added bonus 60% cases seem more abundant.

Unfortunately I'm not a huge fan of the huge bezel.
I might just cave and get it though.

60% alu cases are abundant. Race alu cases, not so much. There was only one run ever, AFAIK. It was during imsto's round 2 of alu cases. http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=35213.0
Possibly only 10 were ever made.

Damn thanks JD. 60% are everywhere, yeah. Kind loving this race. I'll have to try some 60% and see if I can deal.
