Hey guys. I know that replacement Topre switches are extremely hard to come by, and pretty much require a user to purchase a second keyboard and harvest the switches from there.
If there was enough interest, I would be willing to purchase a RealForce 104U variable keyboard and harvest the switches from that for the collective. That way we would have mostly 45G switches, with some 40g and 35g parts as well just in case.
If there's enough interest, can you please let me know below? I'm hoping to sell the switches for $5-10 a piece, but it will depend on how many people are willing to purchase them from me. The more interest there is, the cheaper the switches will be.

Are you looking to buy domes or springs?
Cuz you can't just desolder a topre like you can with MX.

What do you need replacement topre switches for?
All there is to replace is a dome and spring....unless you somehow broke a stem or stabilizer.

I was looking to do something similar to this thread:
http://deskthority.net/marketplace-f11/topre-key-switch-spares-housing-rubber-dome-spring-screw-t2833.html
I would like to include the dome, spring, stem, and stabilizer parts in the replacement sets.
My keyboard is in great condition, but I don't like the idea of not having any replacement switches, or not having the option of purchasing any replacement switches. That's why I'd like to have a few on-hand just in case.

But other than making keychains, why would you need the parts?

I guess in case a dome went bad, you lost a spring, a step or stabilizer broke, or whatever. From what I'm gathering though, it sounds like those so rarely need replacing, that this idea may not be that popular!

I almost lost a spring. But unless your modding that should never happen.
