After reading /r/mechanicalkeyboards and this site I bought a Poker 2 (browns)! It's lovely to use plus lots very neat on my desk due to its size.

My next problem is that I want to buy all the keycaps! I feel like I should plan my design first rather than buying randomly but oh well.

What a fine choice for your first mechanical keyboard! You'll find tons of good resources for keycap options around the forums here.  I never thought i'd be able to adapt to the 60% keyboard layout, but once I gave it a try I actually really liked it! I think mostly for the desk real estate it free'd up.  ;D
