Cool that's the one I have :)
Are they really that rare?

AFAIK, the ISO-layout Model M spacesaver have only been produced by Unicomp for a short while, using parts from standard Model M spacesaver.
I've only seen one sold in the US (by clickykeyboards), though it looks like there are a few more in Japan and they show up every now and then on Yahoo Auctions.
To me, that extra key is quite useful ;)
-
I like having a normal enter key :)
Mine still has a remnant of the IBM label next to the Unicomp one.
Does anyone know what parts are original IBM and which were added by Unicomp?
(my money id on Sandy here)

Mine still has a remnant of the IBM label next to the Unicomp one.
Do you mean that there's some glue left from the previous label or you can actually see the IBM one behind Unicomp's? In the latter case, could you post a photo? (I only have some glue left on mine around the Unicomp label)
-
Not the label I'm afraid just some brown paper and glue.
No writing sorry.

Thanks mate. Let's see if sandy chimes in, I'm also curious to know more about this model, I've always had a hard time finding information about this variant.
-
Well, there's an ISO Model M that was designed by IBM, so Unicomp easily could have made an ISO SpaceSaver with only modified IBM parts.

Interesting, a couple of the older model Filco boards on that page look awfully similar in layout to the datadesk lil' big board.
