First thing you do when you get it is pop off the keys and wash the board. Its super dirty.
Good choice, I have a new 11900 that I am currently modding into clears, enjoy the board!

I didn't wash mine, but in the great finds thread for the used 11900, people washed theirs.
they popped off the keys, did the detergent/denture tab clean, then took off all the dead skin and crap in the board off and lightly washed the pcb.

So yours is still dirty?

mine is NIB, got it for $20+ $10 shipping. But it was white and used PS2 so I spent another $15 getting a ps2 to USB cable for it. But now its working super well

No, the first thing you do is to open the case and vacuum excess dust with a vacuum cleaner with the brush attachment.
Most used keyboards don't have more dirt than a little dust.
To pop off the keycaps, I suggest a "keycap puller".
