Title: Opinions on the Solidtek KB-6600ABU?

Hi All,

I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with this board?  What swtiches does it use?  Is it the same as the ASK-6600 I've seen mentioned here?

Not sure about KB-6600ABU.  KB-6600U comes with simplified alps.

Turns out the KB-6600ABU is the same as the ASK-6600.  Got it yesterday...just an FYI...

I love that keyboard with two exceptions:

-- the tiny backspace key
-- the ringing resonance

But the feel of the keys is to die for.

I don't mind the smaller backspace--it hasn't thrown me off at all.  But yeah, the ringing is a little annoying.  I've got the 'board in a soft mat, which is in a keyboard tray, so it absorbs some shock, and minimized the ringing, but yeah it's funky.
