These are former POS boards. They come with a custom controller that probably can drive a card reader as well. It has a small connector hole in the case, you can see it in the pics at the upper edge.

Power consumption might be higher than with a standard Cherry model.

They seem to ship internationally.
It says that you have to pay in advance and that the shipping costs will be agreed upon by phone-call.
They also say they have large quantities available.
