The pictures suck, but that price does NOT!
When I was looking for one a couple of months back, I was seeing a lot of $150-$200. I got an amazing deal from my friend and it was still more than this. If you don't have a model F, get the AT. It's large (not as big as the 122) but it's a lot easier to get up and running since it doesn't require a soarers and has a better layout than the XT (which also requires a soarer)

IIRC they are from an M-13 (The black one with the trackpoint). I think Unicomp also sold custom keys like this with pad printed white legends for a while but stopped due to complaints of durability (they wear off over time). If you just want blank black keys, Unicomp still sells those.

Pfff. It's all about having a 122-keyboard with half of the keys you never use.
