very true

You should paint thin layers if you want a good result. Too thick paint means a high likelyhood of the paint cracking, or not drying at all.
-
I did this for fun, I am a art student so I get lots of paint to screw around with :-)

When's the next sale going to be??

I'm not trying to sound flippant, but maybe find a friend with a not-broken camera and just have them send you the picture to post because... well, I think your potato is moldy.

See, my ****s were handed out in thin, meticulous layers. But this guy has all the ****s to throw around.
You Nub, you carefully mold and carve your ****s. ****s are meant to be experimented with.

Was the air pressure right for pouring?

I'm kinda still wondering why the question was asked in the first place.
With spare keycaps and over-supply of paint, why not just do it?

Even over supplies shouldn't be wasted,

It can't get much worse, theoretically.

One very important point is that the keycap should be removed from the keyboard first.
Although dumping paint on the keycap whilst it is still in place on the keyboard would achieve the dual results of altering the colour of both the keycap and the keyboard, the functionality of the keyboard may undergo a slight regression.

I'd like to dump some paint on my Matias board, get rid of the shiny black case.

I don't think it looks that bad, but it probably feels heinous. Looks wise it could work for a war themed board, kind of like dried blood on bone :thumb:
If you could somehow replicate the look while keeping a usable feel to the cap, I would love it.

Paint? Oh please.
