This one is certainly interesting: a Hebrew Model M
From the serial number given and the description, it says that this board is buckling spring, so worst case scenario, if it isn't, you can get a refund and return from eBay because they specifically claim for it to be buckling spring, not just "clicky" like some other listings. Plus the seller has claimed to have opened it up to examine condition and cleaned it, so it's fair to assume it does actually have buckling springs.
A few odd things, though. The cable comes out of the case on the right hand side (far on the right hand side). I've not seen a Model M that does this. It would have to have cable routing channels. The cable also appears to be normal (as opposed to coiled). The space bar is yellowed. Of all the Model Ms I've seen, I've never seen a yellowed space bar.
The serial number matches up to other Hebrew models and a 139 model seems like it would be buckling spring.
This would be an amazing board if it were buckling spring (and it likely is). I'd try to get it if I had money, but as I don't here it is:

Greenock used ABS for space bars instead of PBT, so this probably came from there.
The cable may be loose and just sitting where we happen to see it.

Really cool caps :3

It says Scotland in the listing, so it looks to be from Greenock. Interesting to know that Greenock used ABS for the space bars.

I'd want either APL or Hebrew for my keycaps. Not because I'd use it, but simply because it looks interesting. I wonder if Unicomp does colored APL legends... They say that they have a wide assortment of legends from the IBM days (like PD1, PD2 and PD3 for the 4704 keyboards). I'll send them an e-mail and find out...

The part number is correct for the Hebrew keyboard.
What's odd about the listing is it says the keyboard is located in Ramat Gan, Israel, but lists free shipping to the US and international shipping to Israel of $57.
Still, a nice find.
On the APL question it could be worth asking Unicomp if you can get a set of them, they may still have old stock.

they also used a grounding clip under the spacebar.
about APL, I had a lead on an APL F122 for about $110, but sadly it was purchased by someone else before I scrounged enough cash to buy it. I think there may also have been an unsaver APL, but I forget the price.
Just look up the APL PNs on recycledgoods or old IBM manuels and catalogs, then search parts places fro them. The part number is correct for the Hebrew keyboard.

I bet it's an APO/FPO guy.
about unicomp and APL: they actually carried an M122 in APL for quite a while, into the mid 2000's. Recently, they had like three sets of APL keycaps (that were presumably NOS) for sale on their site (right when the GH keycaps went up for sale). Though they were out last time I asked. With their new dyesub process, they can presumably make more anytime, but I doubt they will.
about the keycaps: I really like how they are right aligned! If anyone here gets it, I'd be interested in the number row for sure.

!שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם
I'm on the fence with this one. I really want the Hebrew caps, but I don't want another model M. If anyone wants to work out a deal I have a clean set of M caps I could put on this board.

Well, the one originally linked shows as sold for $50 shipped. Except that it didn't.
Can someone explain this?: http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewBids&item=331106262281&showauto=true
There's over 35 bids, all at $50, all from the same bidder, all but the first done in the space of 90 seconds.
The seller has relisted the item at a much higher opening bid: $150 or $200 BIN:

It's still there, just on the new listing and $140 starting bid or $182 BIN.
