For those of you that have both (or the CODE), what are your thoughts on it?

I have Ducky Shine 2 Yellow Edition with MX blacks and engraved keycaps.

It is very yellow and very shiny :)

No problems at all - lighting modes work, switches re smooth and consistent, no weird creaks pops or cracks from the case, all the backlighting works.

I'd get the CODE if you're after stock Clears.

Hmm what about for MX Blues? Does someone have enough to compare them with Ducky Shine 3s?

Blues are pretty much the same on any keyboard. I also have the Yellow Shine 3 like rowdy (I'm pretty sure he just misspelled that), and after about a month of breaking in, it feels like similar to my several-months-old TK besides the amazing keycaps. Smooth, thick PBT feels great. I wouldn't really recommend the CODE because it's absolutely featureless in comparison (alternate layouts don't really impress me considering I can do it in Control Panel easily), and the quality can't really be much better than Ducky/Filco.
