I would like to sell one keyboard and trade one.

     - Lubricated, tuned, assembled everything by Kaliet
     - Full LED (White, there is turn-on switch)
     - You can keymap what you want (Aikon)
     - Aluminium + Polycarbonate + Aluminium
     - 360$ (Paypal fee is included in)

I've never seen a 22mini, and googling reveals nothing.

Does anyone know the story behind it?  The layout looks amazing.

Not sure about the story, some board created by Kaliet (awshim) from OTD
