Just what is a red cherry switch?
-
I think it's a black with the stem of a brown but I could be wrong...
-
A more higher tension brown so a mix of brown and black.
So probably more similar to a topre in force throughout the keystroke
-
Wait, I thought a red was a black with the spring of a brown.
A black with the stem of a brown would be a clear, IIRC.
-
no the red has steeper stem than the brown but still has that chink to make it feel tactile. I have tried using my black springs with brown stems and I tell you it was far too stiff.
-
a soft linear switch....with Nkey tech
-
Yep linear not tactile, my mistake mixed white with red which are pretty rare for both
