Title: Remap JIS keyboard "spacebar buttons"?

Is it possible to remap the JIS keyboard layouts extra buttons next to the spacebar for something like a backspace?

since my biggest problem when typing is that when i use the backspace my right hand get disoriented wich make me miss 1-2 more keys = 1-2 more backspaces, a thumb backspace would be awesome!

I know those keys send a specific scancode, so I would assume you should be able to remap them... maybe try sharpkeys?
