...how many vintage keyboards are sat up in people's attics or out in garages because they've either forgotten about them or don't consider them worth selling on eBay because they're "old, dirty and worthless junk".

Or, how many vintage keyboards have been thrown away because they're "old, dirty and worthless junk."

lol... my dream is to find a pallet of NIB keyboards in an old locked up warehouse some day.
-
ozar, that's my dream too. specifically something rarer like trackpointless M4's or some compact board with blue cherries no-one knows about.
-
ditto. I just know that there is a warehouse out there, somewhere, and there is a pallet of NIB model m mini's that everyone has forgotten about. Its way in the back, where the light is broken. Someday....

Reminds me of the lot of M15s in Indonesia.
Are you talking about the ones you find on Google to buy or the one member here who thinks he threw a bunch of them away?
-
The Shuayico ones.
And I don't think it was Indonesia, but wherever it is, is irrelevant - Shuayico doesn't respond to e-mails.

It was Indonesia. :D I know they don't respond but there might be a warehouse of M15s. Or it was set up as a scam.

I'm going to go looking at my gf's parents' house and my parents' house soon for old keyboards. I may not find anything good, but you never know.
I asked my dad to look for M's at his work, but he hasn't found any yet. He said he thinks they used to have some, but they threw them away...
