Title: alternative sources for feet (?) on custom KB cases
Post by: jalaj on Tue, 04 February 2014, 11:51:00
I'm looking for material similar to this:
http://www.kbdmod.co.kr/product/detail.html?product_no=26

Found some M3 (meaning they're compatible with M3 screws) flat, conical, countersunk aluminum washers of various colors on ebay.
I think these are usually meant for RC devices and even automobiles.

Anyone have success using these as feet on their custom KB?

I'm looking because I want to stack up the washers at a higher height to increase the KB slant.

You might search for aluminum feet used for computer cases.

Good tip. Though thus far my search is only coming across M4 screw compatible feet. Will keep looking. Thanks.
