Or a Poker 2 UK version and a Nordic keycap set. They are essentially the same keyboard. They'll both work fine with all 3 major OS's.

HHKB would be the right board. Get one without legends, learn to touch-type and you're perfectly covered for osx and linux.

I agree, get one without the legends so that you don't have to worry about matching the key mapping to what's printed on the keyboard.  Not sure about OSX, but with most Linux distros you can customize the key mappings very easily to anything you want.

Thanks for your suggestions. In the end I went with the Ducky Mini with white leds and mx browns. A shop in my city had them in stock with Swedish/Finnish caps so I couldn't resist.
