I know I didn't get all the keycaps switched over - unfortunately, there were supports on some of those keys...

Can't do Caps Lock, either Shift, Backspace, Enter, right + or Enter, and the backslash keys won't interchange (but both of the Laser's backslashes WILL fit on this board - left backslash on the Windows key, and right on either the right Windows key or the menu key.)

Either way, I decided to switch it back...

I think the black one is okay.  Really, it comes down to what you like.  If you like the way it looks, or it helps you do any tasks, then who cares what anyone else thinks? :P
