I can't even watch youtube video anymore without it buffering 10 times.

It was a guy with a home account snd business account. The home account got 70 down and he couldn't watch a video on YouTube. This was on Tek Syndicate's channel on YouTube.

It's more likely an issue with your equipment, setup or settings.
That being said ATT is a pos.
