Salmo's Going Out Of Business Sale
**UPDATE**
I'm sorry but I'm not able to find International shipping that I'm comfortable with that doesn't cost ridiculous amounts of money, so I'll have to limit this to North America.
I'll try to make items that are tentatively reserved like this and the order of people I have who asked for it next to it so you can see where you are. I'll fall through them in order until someone pays and I'll remove them when they've been paid for. I may not respond directly to you for a day or so while I figure out shipping costs.
Basic Ideas:
- All items are less than what I paid for them.
- All prices are before shipping. If you want something I'll give you an exact price with the shipping you want included, I just require some sort of tracking for CYA purposes.
- No keyboards have the original box
- I'll update with better photos as I can here
- If you want something and can't afford it, let me know and if I don't get a better offer soon I'll work with you
- Link to a good picture of you flipping me off and get $1 off. I originally just said post, but I should probably keep it clean.
- I'm not splitting anything up until it sits here a long time
I'll accept any anything with Topre Switches or a Poker/Pure for a trade. That's all I'm really interested in at this point.
Das Keyboard Mac Professional:

Cherry MX Blues
I bought it new and hardly used it (~2 weeks). It's nice, I just love another board I have more. It will come with the original keycaps and not the OEM doubleshots shown in the picture.
$80
WASD V1:
Cherry MX Browns
I bought it new and used it for a little while. The original keys I bought with it didn't turn out as well as in my head, and I've worn the legends off the printed PBT white set that's on it. So I will include all the cheap doubleshot OEM profile ABS keys I bought from the Tai Hao Group buy: Green and Blue (pictured on the Das) and a set of Black. I call them cheap, but they're really not bad.
$80
Other Stuff
1st Gen Raspberry Pi with (easily removable) USB "fuse" bypass

$20
Relegendable Keycaps $5/20 caps
Pics here (http://imgur.com/a/lGIi5). I have >120 total in mint shape and a handful that are marked up. I'll also include one of the sheets of legends pictured there with the first 2 to buy some or both if you buy all of them. These were pulled from some industrial boards I bought for the switches.
I'm not listing novelty keys anymore because they're not worth the hassle. I'll donate random ones to keyboard buyers. Otherwise, just go to Techkeys (http://techkeys.us/). i3oilermaker has nice stuff and there isn't a nicer/more reliable vendor.
I'll probably toss extra things in with orders that I think would be nice for that person based on what they bought.

Any chance you can sell me just the 60% plate and a prefab PCB with a set of stabs?

Can i get the white and blue GH caps?
I'm not sure which ones you mean. I have a set of the transparent caps with blue-ish GH logo inner shot (R1 and R4)... is that what you'd want?

Pmed for hall effect keypad.

PMing about the Race.

Oh boy, how come no one is snatching that race up yet?
-
Oh god I wish that you would ship internationally. Those prices are so tempting!

After you factor in international shipping, the prices are not tempting anymore.

Not meaning to threadcrap Salmo, but Singapore residents should consider vrzone. I believe shadovved, marcgltw (niqmods vendor) and cinabolic on vrzone are selling similar keycaps not to mention other people. Shipping from the US is costly not to mention Salmo may have to fill out customs forms which are a PITA.

No you're totally right here. I was open to shipping internationally but the costs are just too high to justify, except maybe Canada (I haven't looked yet). I have a few PM's about the Race I'll walk through now.

International shipping (and the trouble of filling in forms) works only if you're talking about something rare, like a clack or something custom made. I have even been discouraging people here from getting a Model F - the hassle and expense ain't worth it; I tell them if they like Topre, go for it instead of a Model F as they can at least get a local warranty. In any case when I casually tell the local how much I spent importing my Model F and ask them whether they would care to take one off my hands for a fair price, everyone backs off fast and never asks me again.
Most Singaporeans look at Model F XT, going for 50 or whatever on ebay, and think, fifty I can pay for that. They don't realize that by the time the XT reaches their doorstep in Singapore it's $150 SGD. By the time they teensy it up and clean it completely and paint the plate, it's like 180SGD working time not included. And this is even with me buying 3 teensies at the same time and splitting the shipping cost by 3. And for Model F AT, heh, it's like 280 SGD total cost. And spacebar dropped out on me, so it isn't actually usable now. So no, it never pays to underestimate shipping or the disasters that can occur with shipping a long distance.

How much do you want for the order? I'm very interested

Got the Race today. Works perfectly. Got some extra keycaps as well, thanks for the generosity there.

Looks great. I'm glad to see it found a good home. I've been tossing in little extras with each package just as a thanks. Hope you enjoy it all!
