Title: Steel series apex RAW

Is it worth getting a rubber dome keyboard only for gaming? I've hears that it is a good keyboard, and it is only £30 at the moment.I know that mechs are better overall, but is this good value?

An HP keyboard is the same thing with less colors. Expensive mechanical or cheap membrane.

To be honnest, I don't think that keyboard will get much love here.

Once you go mech, you never go beck (spoken in Russian accent).

I would have to agree.  The only rubber dome keyboard I will probably ever buy from here on out will be if it is embedded in a laptop.

Would the steel series apex be one of them?

There's a reason you're not well-liked on this forum, Pacifist.

OT: If you really want it, get it. Nobody is going to judge you or care, for that matter.
Hmm, I might. It certainly would match me colour scheme (black and orange), but there is a ducky for £80 more that would match it better.

Is "the feel" worth £80?

Completely subjective and annoying that you "quote" the feel like it's something arcane.
I put it in quotation marks because I've never used it before and I'm not entirely sure how to use it. Did I use it good? ;)

Apex Mech was showcased at Dreamhack Winter, only bumped this thread as I feel it's really relevant. Doesn't seem like standard MX Switches either
