Title: [IC] GMK WoGREY / GREYoYellow keyset
Post by: pix3l_fodder on Thu, 13 February 2014, 14:44:00: Was at a vmware terminal the other day and thought that they had a pretty nice colour scheme, so made a crappy quick mock-up to see if anyone is interested. It would use CC, White and N6 colours (see this image --> http://i.imgur.com/sXAxyeY.jpg (http://i.imgur.com/sXAxyeY.jpg)). It uses the same keyset put together by Ivan (a good compromise) and hopefully can get this made by GMK providing we could meet the MoQ.

Please keep in mind the mock-up below is NOT colour accurate!

It makes a decent enough departure from Dolch but still keeps two of the colours. Any thoughts?

Furthermore IvanIvanovich is running an all grey GMK GB right now, so it might be better to just run a GB for yellow Modifiers to combine them with Ivan's set.

It's so nice and neutral we can do modifier / add on partial alpha and etc. sets like this to go along with it at a much cheaper price than full sets. Same thing applies for Dolch, as it would be more or less similar to that as well with a different modifiers. Just doing modifiers would be the smart approach here.

The all grey is slightly darker version of CC which is the Dolch alpha colour, but yes yellow on grey for the functions would work very well i think :) ... I did think about mods only and if peeps show enough interest in that option then i guess it'll head down that route.

@Ivan, so you have plans to do an alphas only set in another color after the gray one is done (assuming MOQ is met)? I love that idea. Any idea what the suggested color will be?

I also like Yolch and would probably prefer it if I were to get a yellow-based colorway.

FANCY ENTER KEYS. I don't know how this hasn't caught on, but I want some Enter key flair.

Hey! "return" is great!, You need to go real old school and call it a "carriage return" key, or just print CR on it.

As everyone knows, "execute" should go where the right ctrl key normally sits in these degenerate times.

Execute is my favourite of the legends thrown around so far. I'd love to get a few of those to replace some enter keys.
