I believe there were some keyboards under the same model name that were rubber domes, but looking at the back, it’s made in Thailand, and FCC ID looks like some other NMB boards. RT687XT seems to imply tactile (the T at the end) rather than e.g. clicky switches. Keycap legends also seem to match some other space invader keycaps.

The only way to be sure is to ask for pics of a keycap removed. Or even the internals of one of the switches assuming they are some type of space invader, to be sure of variety.

Given how they work, the part that makes them clicky also does the tactile action, unlike how cherry does it, so I'm not sure how they'd do tactile only.

That’s possible. I’d definitely recommend anyone wanting to grab this ask the seller to pull a cap off. :-)
