So last night, I accidentally spilled some water on my ducky shine 3 and this morning I noticed that there were random LED's lit up.

For the most part, the keyboard works fine except there was an 5minute incident where the keys that have these LEDs lit up were not working then shortly after that the whole keyboard was unresponsive. Anyone knows whats wrong or how to fix it? Thanks

I'm seriously not trying to sound sarcastic here, but if I had to guess, permanent water damage would be my guess. Especially if you spilled it while LED's were running and didn't try to dry out your keyboard [typical 24+ hours in rice] before plugging it in again, this would have caused permanent damage exactly as you describe. The first thing I would try is drying it out for maybe the next 48 hours and then trying again?
