The one thing I don't understand is the fact that it says ANSI. Unless that's referring to the protocol and not the keyboard layout. Keys kinda look like they're double-shot.

It's a terminal keyboard similar to Wyse 85 gate array, and it has SP doubleshots. Price is pretty high.
