Looks like double shots. It's not a super low price, but these are NIB and somewhat interesting.

Does anybody know what switch type? Couldn't find this one on the DT wiki.

I also find it interesting that the physical layout is like the WYSE WY-85 (http://i967.photobucket.com/albums/ae156/jbedwell81/840366-01/20130215_0754011_zpsa3184747.jpg) (which according to DT is also like the DEC LK201 (http://deskthority.net/wiki/DEC_LK201)). I thought that funky layout was just a WYSE thing, but apparently not.
