Mine had ALPS compatible SMKs (the light blue kind), YMMV.

The kind w/ SMK (“Monterey”) switches is the Made in Taiwan variant of the ANSI one with the smaller F keys, I believe. From what I understand the ISO ones with full size F keys are all Alps switches. [I could be wrong there though.]
