Title: Datahand problem: can't change mode

Datahand owners,
my Datahand is malfunctioning in that I can no longer switch out of Normal mode.  Shift and Shift lock work, but Mouse/Function and NAS do not.  Resetting and power-cycling don't work.

Any ideas?

Solved: debris had fallen into the R key, obstructing it.
