I currently have ripple effect ( single key pressed and surrounding lights up like an ripple )
wave effect , special shortcuts hint system for designer(under construction) special shortcuts hint for sc2 & dota2( also under construction )[attachimg=1][attachimg=2][attachimg=3][attachimg=4]
Besides the RGB part , the keyboard itself deployed CPLD to recognize the key which could reduce the latency to less than 1ms
I am extremely eager to hear any possible function we could develop upon this, those who helped would have a special discount if I publish this .
pls feel free to contact me for any further information or video for this keyboard

I ain't really sure what kind of functions I may need in a keyboard that already has the basic functionality it is indented for. A keyboard is a relatively simple input device, and I think to keep it simple and elegant is mandatory. I have seen some interactive boards with mini LCD screens as keycaps that makes them fancy combos of displays and keyboards I do not think are really needed.

Have you seen the music response feature on Skydigital's "Mechanic LED" model? That would be cool with RGB LED.

Hi
thax for your advice ~
I agree with you to some extend, but I mean there are people like fancy stuff and some likes things to be simplistic, so its not that bad to give people more option right ?

It is a cool idea by all means, and yeah I have seen some very fancy boards with leds been used just for the sake of coolness. Nothing against them of course.

Not unless more options increase the costs.

Totally true. If unlimited resources were available I may have one sample of each keyboard I like. ;)
