Is (615) 799-0383 still your phone number? Is support@mechanicalkeyboards.com still your support email?

I've called the number and the phone just rings forever. I called today, and it says that the number has been disconnected. I've emailed that support@ email a couple times and haven't heard anything back from anyone.

I mistakenly placed an order and need it canceled and my money refunded before it's shipped out.

It's order #19585.
