Title: CST LTrac Massdrop $99!

Hey guys, so I posted a few weeks ago about a trackball poll and the CST LTrac won!

They just put up a Massdrop for the LTrac at $99 at the lowest price point.

In total 60 people will need to buy in to get it down to that price point, but you can select "Commit to Join at $99" below the big green "Join Now" button which is basically saying that you'll only go in at the lowest price point (this is what I did, and honestly, this trackball is a steal at $99)

So yeahhhhhhhh, keeping my fingers crossed this does well, it's my birthday on Sunday and I've been wanting this trackball for a while!  haha

btw, this forum rocks!

imo md should have gone with the one with the extra ports. I don't want to cut up my case

I would agree that L-Trac X is the way to go, but unfortunately it is not produced anymore and will likely not be produced in the future :-( 

I still think this is a great deal at $99 (if enough people commit to join at $99 to help it get there)

I also agree I would have liked a version with more buttons.  When I added the L-Trac to the poll I added a version-less one, because honestly I think it looks nicer to not list some endless stream of numbers.  However, the version I linked that poll vote to WAS the version with the extra buttons.  I had hoped this would have made sense to the massdrop team, or at least that they would have provided to ability to choose which model you would like.

Still though, it's a steal at $99.  I did commit to join, we'll see what happens

There is an option at checkout to get the "-5W" version for $10 more.

I've joined the massdrop and meanwhile it's worth getting prepared first.

Ripster mod isn't clear enough on how to work it out...

Anybody know difference between Ltrac and this? http://www.trackballworld.com/40-121.html CST1050 EDIT: 1050 has no scroll wheel

I don't like black as all my boards are white colored

Did you check CST's website?

Oops I forgot to edit the post.

The 1050 doesn't have scroll wheel so its a no go for me
