So apparently a few months back Skype ran a promotion where you gave them an email and they'd send you a code for one year of skype premium.
As with any entrepreneurial eBayers, tons of them stocked up on these free codes and now they're on eBay for ~$.50 a code.

I bought from that guy, he has 9 sets of two codes left, and his turnaround was a few hours with two working codes.
TL;DR $214 of Skype Premium for $1

Bought two, got two messages each with 2 codes :p
Also I think you get unlimited calls through wifi to landlines and mobiles in NA, and landlines to a bunch of other countries
edit: for some reason these codes don't include calls :'(
