Title: Kawasaki Keyboard with Japanese/English Legends
Post by: nubbinator on Mon, 10 March 2014, 23:36:42: Based on the back of the PCB, it looks like it's Cherry MX, but I'd ask for a cap off to make sure.

Looks like MX plate mount with SMD diodes based on the back of the PCB. Like I said, I could be wrong though.

I don't see any SMD diodes. Can you point them out?

Maybe would be worth picking up for about half the asking price as I suspect the keycaps are old style Cherry dyesub PBTs. If it was assembled in Japan there is also a good chance it has one of the Cherry-Hirose MX variants in it.

those black things on the bag could be diode arrays. There are enough of them for it to have NKRO. No SMD though.
