Has anyone _other than Unicomp_ in recent memory shipped a buckling spring keyboard (or keyswitch)?

How far ago going your "recent"? Nowadays it's only Unicomp.

IIRC unicomp bought hardware from lexmark who bought it from IBM

So to answer question lexmark and IBM

LYNK has some terminal boards with their logo but built by lexmark
