Title: Favorite theorems / uses of theorems

We have lots of mathy people here, so I was curious.

I really like the 4 color theorem and Stoke's theorem.

Also, I like when people use a powerful result to prove something that can be proved easily. For instance, proving that the cubic root of 3 is irrational using Fermat's last theorem.

I know it's not a theorum, but I tend to go by Murphy's Law.
